Fill in artist already?

I notice that Aaron Lopresti is doing issue #41. Is this a fill-in or is
Manapul off the book? I hear that DC has some strict new rules regarding
lateness by artists, so I doubt this bodes well for him. I enjoy Manapul's
art, but not enough to wait any extra time for it.

Well, Kitson had fill-in fairly early on as well. I remember when he was
consistently doing two issues followed by fill-in. At least we are getting
Lopresi. The artist that was filling in for Kitson was some no-name that I
have never heard of.
