Pepto-bismol. I never got that until today.
Heh. Actually, it was years before I ever got it, and I'm sure it's
because someone on Usenet pointed it out.
Now where did Zerox come from?

They must have copied it from somewhere.

Wrong name. The copier company is Xerox. Zerox - an actual company of
some sort - is entirely different.

Nah it was an alternate spelling and a pun.

I got the pun. I was just pointing out that Zerox in the real world was
something different.

Looks like it's commonly misspelled.

OK, Zerox: A single from Adam & the Ants, the 30th Century name of
Gemworld, Agent Zerox (a documentary), ZeroX (experimental music
videos), F-ZeroX (something for Nintendo 64), ZeroX (the guy with the
Alizee sig), and ZeroX (quite possibly the best guy ever). Those last
two are from urbandictionary.com, which also thinks Xerox = Zerox.

We have a winner! Yes, a quick search with "Zerox" and "anti-freeze"
tells me that someone named 454me on this webpage:

http://www.hotrodders.com/forum/antifreeze-question-57507.html

only uses Zerox anti-freeze.

Most likely the other company doesn't exist and Xerox bought Zerox.com
because they know people can't spell.

When was the last time this character appeared in a comic
book?
As Matter-Eater Lad, 1994.

As Tenzil Kem, post-Zero Hour Legion chef, probably two
thousand and something.

Tenzil Kem appeared in a good chunk of the version of LSH before the one

Who is from the planet Zerox?
Originally the White Witch. Retroactively she was from Naltor, but Zerox
continued to be the Sorceror's World, which retroactively turned out to be
the 30'th Century version of Amethyst's Gemworld.

Ok, given that, I don't see a Xerox joke. If Triplicate girl had come
from Zerox, then I could see a joke.

Exactly. There is no good Xerox joke here. Triplicate Girl is from

Who is from the planet Zerox?
Mordru. At least preboot, he was a native of Gemworld. Somewhere down
the line, Gemworld was renamed Zerox. The White Witch also studied on
Zerox, but was a native of Naltor.
