On Newsarama, I saw the preview for Final Crisis #6. I am VERY happy
to see something from Legion history is going to be used to help come
to the rescue. I honestly should have seen it coming but it still
surprised me. I wonder if we can call this a literal dues ex machina?

...This must be what the rewrite of the last two issues was all about.
Morrisson brings in the Miracle Machine, everything Darkseid has done
gets undone, but not everything is put back into place. That's why FC
is such a muddled mess.

Nahhh...we couldn't be this lucky.

SPOILER QUESTION AHOY!

I thought Matter Eater-Lad ate the Miracle Machine before the point in
Legion history that Geoff Johns started going off on his own tangent?

A) He had to take a dump at some point. :P

B) The Machine can always be taken from some instant prior to Tenzil's
madness and restored in time for his dinner.

Also, couldn't the [strike/] Cosmic Cube [/strike] Miracle Machine
just be a tulpa that wills itself into existence whenever it feels
like visiting?
