appearance in #29?

I got the impression we were supposed to know what was up with that.

Some tie in with 52 perhaps?

The plot of 52 had Booster Gold collecting artifacts and weapons from
across the universe to prepare for a major battle.

It might be worth mentioning that BG started his career using stolen Legion
devices, notably a flight ring and Brainiac 5's force field belt.
